- Supported UX research for Haier's small appliances and Casarte's pre-launch products, using eye-tracking and facial expression analysis for data-driven reports.
- Updated company-wide washing/drying design standards through hands-on experiments, and Solidworks modeling, and contributed to defining comfortable user experience boundaries via regression function models.
