After returning home from a hard-earned vacation, my grandfather invited me to practice Tai Chi with him. However, during the practice, I realized that I couldn't keep up with my grandfather's rhythm, and as a result, I became anxious and made mistakes in my movements.

Through this experience, I realized that Tai Chi is not just about learning a few static movements, but rather it involves continuous and smooth dynamic exercises. At the same time, it requires emotional stability. This made me aware that getting started with Tai Chi can be somewhat challenging.

So I became curious about how the other 50 million Tai Chi practitioners in China got started, and in response to this, I initiated a research project.
