Hi, I'm Ke! I'm a keen discoverer and interpreter of experiences. My journey began in product design, where I explored how thoughtful design can improve the relationship between people and the objects they use. It also shaped my empathy and sensitivity towards users and their experiences. Over time, my interests expanded beyond physical products into digital systems, where I explore how user journeys, interaction flows, and context-aware experiences can make complex and invisible systems more understandable and usable. During my PhD, I further explore how design perspectives, including non-human viewpoints, can contribute to more responsible and sustainable systems.
